J.W. "Jonesy" Nelson ("THE FISHERMAN") is a native of Superior, Wisconsin. He started fishing Lake Superior in 1974 and became a USCG Captain in 1986. "Jonesy" has enjoyed the challenges of fishing Lake Superior and making sure that his clients enjoy what Lake Superior has to offer. He enjoys having his clients participate in the different aspects of fishing from setting the lines and hooks to reeling in the catch.
